Scope
These terms govern your use of the Mahallat website and its store and captain registration forms. Use of the Mahallat app itself is governed by the terms shown inside the app.
Accuracy of data and documents
The applicant is responsible for the accuracy and validity of the data and documents they submit. Mahallat may decline any application or suspend any account whose data proves incorrect or whose documents are expired or do not belong to the applicant.
Reviewing and accepting applications
- Submitting the form does not mean the application is accepted; every application is reviewed.
- Captains must be Saudi nationals aged 18 or older with a valid driving licence and vehicle registration.
- The commission and contract terms are explained to each store after its application is reviewed and before the store is activated.
Content and displayed prices
Comparisons on this website explain our pricing approach in general; actual prices vary by store, city and time of order. All website content and the Mahallat trademark belong to Mahallat and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
